Thanks Gupta ji.
Hope this will benefit people in Canada with cdn. citizenship but no jobs or bad labour jobs.
The persons that I am helping at yet to migrate to Canada and hence it will take them atleast 4 years from now before they can apply to the Canadian forces.
But thanks for the info.. It is an eye opener.

I am helping some people immigrating to Canada and one question that they always ask me is, where should I settle if I want to start with labour jobs right from day 1?
If the oil price would have been $100 / Food price high / fertilizer price high, I would have given them the option of,
1. Calgary
2. Red Hat and thereabouts
3. Regina (Sask)
But now, since oil prices are low, I am not sure what to advise them of.
Even in 2010 (In Toronto), it was hard to get an easy labour job that paid you overtime. I am sure that this must be testing times there.
I have been in Waterloo, Kitchener, Guelph and Cambridge, no jobs there for labourers.
Looking forward to some sound advice from CD's so that I can inform accordingly.

All right, I will get into the foray once more. See if it helps. But you will have to do your best from that long a distance to help a few of them get into Canada. How is this for the starters? Next, set of items that calls for your input are all there in the links. Also, there are a few more that will show up and I will get into them as time progresses. Sort out the links in a separate e-mail in their order of importance and have them at your fingertips. That will get your ducks in a row.
Then you will have to get a list of the Employers who are looking for Employee Immigrants from your end and if you have the employee names, Passport numbers, addresses, DOB, educational qualifications and any experiences as a farm worker etc., handy for the Employer to access, it will be super. Because to make an application for a specific individual he will need all of the particulars from you. At this stage hold off the medical clearance for these individuals at your end, it will also needs to get completed, if possible by a Doctor who is recognized by the Canadian immigration system. More on it as time goes by.
See where this will take you and your ambitious plans. This will give you a great start.
