So I assume that all Cd's know that Rob Ford has been diagonised with a rare form of Cancer and has been found in an advanced state.
I know that Canada has universal healthcare and that chemotherapy for him has started immediately without the waiting list that Canada is so well known for.
It is heartening for me to note that if I get Cancer and return to Canada, I will start getting treatment immediately rather than waiting 2 months to see a specilist and then another 2 months for the chemo line to be ready. I know that Ontario has a 3 month waiting period and hence I will relocate to other province (Sask, AB) if I need to, for the immediate treament of medical condition.

I am a Gents and not a Ladies.
That's actually true. One my friend's mom is currently undergoing treatment, and they started Chemo right after they found the cancer traces. No waiting at all. She has had her last Chemo yesterday, and within a month will go for Surgery. They are very happy with the overall service.
Wonder why a person who came back to India is so obsessed with Canada still that he keeps writing it on this forum day in day out and many a time bashing Canada, and then also claiming that India is good since in office you have gup-shup time and tea time and stock trading all day!!(which perhaps was not available in Canada since everyone actually worked).
Or is it that in Canada they don't have anything to talk about or they do not have tea or stock market?

I would not wish this kind of ailment on any body, not even my worst enemy. So, don't be taken aback by the efficient service that one receives under these circumstances. I want to see him get better and be useful to the country and himself and his family, and wish him a quick recovery from this rare form of Cancer that he is currently experiencing.
Some times a few friends do influence hospitals and the Doctors to jump in and do the right thing and quickly too.
