Hello,
A distant cousin called up, asking about a lawyer for investor immigration.
I'm asking for your recommendations (if you or your friend/relative has used one) for such a lawyer based in the GTA or in Northern India (Punjab, Delhi) .

There are TWO good lawyers who are doing excellent work in this field of Immigration. Please PM me and I will provide you with the links to them.
At the same time it is sad to note the way in which the current Immigration system is treating entrepreneurs who had applied a few years ago and find themselves in a sad state of limbo that they are in. So, be guided by the newspaper reports from with in Canada.
