Hello All : Just found so funny, thought to share, I sent a cake on line to India, and got feed back that the cake was v good so I sent the web site a message that cake was v good, thanks. I got a reply that we are looking into the matter / issue and will get back to you soon with resolution. It was NOT an automated message and no one has gotten back to me in a week now !
Its just my opinion..
I suspect initially they must have thought of your message in a sarcastic way.
And when they realized it was an appreciation, than they just ignored your message. After all the volume of business is way too much (in some cases), that its not worth spending time on follow ups of appreciation.
By the way, what are you expecting from them now - They have already offered a very good cake. If you like it, you will repeat order in future; & if not, then they are already busy serving their existing volume of customers.

It was automated message, but because of cheap labor they are sending such emails manually
