Hello All,
I am in the process of switching my mortgage for one financial company to another. Hence I am looking for a lawyer who can do this at an affordable rate.
Anyone who have been in similar situation can please give me info.

Just curious to know why you'd need a lawyer for switching your mortgage. When I switched I didn't use any lawyer.

If you are not refinancing your mortgage but simply switching on renewal then the new lender may use their in house legal department or a Title Insurance company to do the switch without any costs to you, so it would be a better idea to talk to your mortgage professional or the mortgage manager at your new lender. However, if you are going refinance then of course you need to use a lawyer and pay the costs again but for that you need to provide your location.
