Planning to open a TFSA saving account and am comparing ING vs ICICI. ING is giving 1.6% vs ICICI 2%. ICICI looks better from an interest rate prospective. Any other catch with ICICI. Used ING before and was happy with their customer service

There is no catch. ICICI makes accounts dormant if there is no activity for one year but you will have to verify if that applies to TFSA also.

if you are happy with the services of ING, better go with ING, service from ICICI is zero, you have to deal with call centre help, for any small issues you have.
