After going through some of the earlier posts, I was looking at Kitco website to buy a gold bar or coin for the first time and noticed that one particular bar is quite cheaper in comparison to other bars/coins, but couldn't figure out why ?

The 100 gms bar is coming to be ~1498/oz whereas other bars are >1600/oz, so not sure why the price is different ?

When 100g bar costs 5244 $, it makes the cost of 1oz bar @ $1636, how do you get it at 1498?

There are two type of Oz...
First Oz which is 100 gm = 3.5274 Oz
The other is Troy Oz which is 100 gm = 3.2151 Oz (Troy)
