I was wondering if it is wise to buy a gold coin(one tenth of an ounce) for $229 (from royal canadian mint) http://www.mint.ca/ or invest the same money in India to buy the same weight of gold?Itseems like it is cheaper in India...why is it so? I thought gold price should be the same any where in the world.I am talking about the 24k (99.9% pure gold).
