Happens all the time & everywhere and with every color .... I was myself amazed on seeing single mothers and people on welfare doing nothing , living on others money , whiling their time away and smoking pot !!

Make sure you find out what time the food bank opens so you can get there early and beat the homeless, destitute poor that will also be there.

Looks like the poster had not visited a food bank before.
It is very rare to find a homeless destitute poor at the food banks. As FIDO said, the line up is composed of ordinary well to do Canadians/ Immigrants who want to like a good life (without working) and smoke pot. Otherwise why the heck would food banks open only from10:00 am to 5:00 pm M-F which is the prime time to work?
Just visit any food bank and see the amount of about to expire food stuff thrown out every day as esp. on a Friday ! If this food was collected and distributed,Africa would not be a hungry continent !
