I am a chemical plant operator along with Safety qualifications and experience
I intend to pursure a canadian career in Safety or HSE field.

Would anyone point in the right direction to launch my career here.

You have a double edged sword AFD. Why only CSE, Try chemical plant operation too.
They are good paying job too. for chemical plant operation, try chemical compounding, water wastewater treatment plant operation, machine operator jobs which ever most interests you.

for H&S, CSE you have sharpen your english and communication skills along with some quality auditing courses and certifications like ASQ's CQA etc.
