My friend is applying from india for student visa, and want to do his Masters in computer s/networking from U of T. And confused about the transcript (10+2) transcrip, what it means?

is this transcript different from the one for Bachelor or higher?

also can he evoluate his transcript himself from WES or wait for university to do it?

he have 3 years in his BCA, is it enough for take admission in Masters?

What courses he should look for on U of T web site: Graduate or Degree.
confusing about degree could be bachelor or masters?

Appriciate for any suggesion, need really help,,this is future planning, he have still couple of more months to finish his bachelor from india.

1) BCA is 3 years degree, so to make his degree 4 year, first he needs to do 1 year course in some college. Universities looks at 10+4 degree before Masters.

2) He needs to get sealed transcripts from his university. There is always a charge that University asks for the transcripts. Depending on University, it can take less or more time to get it.
