Avoid buying the Golden Gate All purpose flour from asian food stores because it is infested and bad-being sold for $6.99-I bought and had to return it to them

Why don't you file a complaint with Canadian Food Inspection Agency.?
They will investigate if it is confined to just the store you bought or if it is a bigger problem
