1. Firstly we have to distinguish between the corruption problem and Anna's movement. In our neighboring Sri Lanka, our politicians and people many times failed to differentiate between Tamils problem and LTTE which also led to serious consequences for everybody.

2. Before this agitation people did not know much about Anna through the media, though he seemed to be doing great work in his native village. Looks like he is being exploited by the cvees for their own selfish motives. They know they do not have the money power, hard work and leadership qualities to be people's representatives. They seemed to be taking the back door entry by blackmailing the corrupt Congress government, which is neck deep in corruption.

3. The truth is that vast majority of the people are not worried or literate about the Lokpal Bill. They are more worried about their grocery, rent, telephone, LPG, fuel and many other bills. If the Lok Palikas are found to be corrupt, will there be a Rupee Hazare fasting for a Viswa Pal Bill?

4. Vast majority of the people want immediate and permanent end to the corruption problem. The Lokpal Bill is a "classic" idea of buttering the bird's head and boasting about catching it when the butter melts and cover its eyes.

5. People also want the guilty to be punished immediately and severely and any wealth they stole be brought back to the exchequer without delay. There is not a single case in independent India where the guilty are tried and punished and the wealth they stole, brought back.

6. As far as the common man is concerned, apart from politicians and bureaucrats, it now looks like the turn from judiciary to make hay when the sun shines. One day they seem to speak against Kanimozhi and the next day they fight for her bail.

7. Let us see what an important figure in the Anna's movement Mr. Prashant Bushan had to say or do during the last several months.
a) When there was the cry about their family's improper land acquisition, he cried that it was a conspiracy to stall him from drafting the Bill. He said that he was "sacrificing" his vacation to draft the bill. A man worried about his vacation, can he save the country? If he was clean he should have called for an immediate inquiry by a Supreme Court Judge.
b) When people want permanent end to the corrupt and corruption, Mr. Bushan says the Lokpal will reduce corruption to "some extent".
c) About the integrity of the Lokpal members themselves, if anyone from say Delhi area is found to be corrupt, Prashant Bushan says anyone from the same area can give complaint against him? In this era of internet rail bookings, why complainants be limited to people from that particular area only?

8. There is this another observation about the cvees group close to terrorists,extremists and their sympathizers. When they won't allow the government to hang the terrorists who kill innocent people and lower rung CRPF jawans, what right they have to target the corrupt alone?
There is this gentleman dressed up like Swami Vivekanand but is nowhere close to his stature. He all the time supports the extremists and railtrack blowers.

9. One more important point to be noted, is that Bollywood heroes and heroines are conspicuous by their absence in the Anna Fast Tamasha. Is it because, that it is generally believed that the film industry is close to the corrupt and the underworld? May be they will ruffle feathers from among the corrupt in IT, Excise or Customs.

10. The final truth is that Duryodhan and Ravan are residing in each individual's mind. Unless we do "Samhara" of the evil inside us, it will be impossible to eliminate them same from the planet. No point in concentrating on the externals alone.

Millions of them had to leave our shores for better opportunities and have totally lost their id. Those Bs, who have accumulated all the corrupt/crime money are squarely to be blamed for this tragedy. But they are having a roaring time under successive corrupt governments. When such is the case, why human rights available to normal human beings be provided to those Bs, who are worse than mafia dons and terrorists.
Like the comedian police constable in Indian movies who is shouting “thief, thief” along with the victims, or the comedian medical doctor who is advising his patients to consult a good doctor, MMS and his government machinery are themselves crying hoarse whether it is poverty, economic crisis, terrorism, corruption or black money, instead of acting against the same. Only shows that they are impotent.
