Any insights on How/Which, Will should one have from parents back home ?
Do NRI status of one sibling require some special mention in Will.

A will must be signed by 2 witnesses and registered. Registration of will saves a lot of headache later.

That's right. Let the witnesses be from outside the family. Else it can be contested. There are cases where a will was forged.

There is no need to mention abt NRI status in the will.
