the references are basically for verifying your past experiences, so it has to be your present and past employers.

I am an Electronics Engineer, But have work expenience in computers and communication. I know a few Civil and Mechanical and one electrical Engineer in Canada. They know me from decades and have idea about my engineering education and work experience. Can the referees be from different area of engineering?

I have read the whole information at peo's site. Give us some realistic ground conditions about the PEO's EIT (engineers in trainee) programme. Do comanies hire EIT or we have to use our own personal selling to find work as EIT with some professional engineer??

Early reply is requires as i am ready to submit the PEO's form.
