That is precisely the reason why people travel to settle in India. Getting a job is so easy there (though it will take some time to get contacts. They need to know that you are looking for a job). Any T,D or H is bound to find a job there. India these days is not Canada where for one job application some 30 qualified native people apply and 200 immigrants apply.
With your requirments, I am guessing that only a part time lecturer position will be good for you. You have got so many conditions.

Regarding the stock market, they had a crash for the past 2 days. Wait for the climate to improve. The stock market is EXPECTED to reach 24,000 this year. Again, you should not invest. Enquire among your network for a good financial consultant and invest through him. Investing in RE is a good option. OTOH, if you own some RE in India (through inheritance) you are already a crore pathi and will become a multi crorepathi in a decade or more.
