Hi there sorry for the confusion. My friend applied for student visas in Delhi- She got rejected. On her way back to her house, she lost her passport - Then she applied for a new passport and then re apply for student visas.

This time she got the student visas. She came to Canada. Stay here for few years then applied for Immigration. During her interview, the Officer found she did not declare on her application that her first student visas was rejected and then when she did her new passport there was some few mispelling in her name. So she got rejected but now she has a Green Card. She is living in the US.
