I have few issues with my credit history. I have sold my house and all the debts will be paid off on closing day.
But I have to find a rental condo for my family of four(2 adults and 2 kids). Every rental agent or real estate agent is checking for credit. I have explained to them that all my debts will be paid on closing. I am in the same current IT job for 6+ years. So they should not have any problem.
Does anybody know who will be willing to rent a condo in mississauga in this situation ? Is there any solution for this situation ?

Some options :
1. get yourself rented in an apartment for a year (some –not high end ones- do not check your credit history but your employment only).
2. Some condo owners sublet and they will be fine if you pay the one year lease in full and in advance. Some may accept post dated cheques while others may demand post dated cashier’s cheque.
3. Many people in houses sub let their basements without credit checks nor advance nor post dated cheques and for short term of 3- 6 months . You could put your excess baggage in the storage until then.

go to hillcrest condo - located near cooksville station and check the ad - they put the ad in the lobby - so many owners put ad overthere. Not sure about credit history.
Why do you need to give SIN for rental apartment/condo?
Just give 2 good references, a letter from employer, first month advance along with pre signed check till lease.
When there are so many units on sale and some can not sale on lower price and like to hold for rent. This is a good opportunity to negotiate a rent.
Realtor (Realtor's homeowner) always wants SIN number to see you as a future client. Too many Credit checks are not good on credit history.

I am looking in the square one or Erin mills town centre area. I am ok for rent upto 1500+.
