Hi friends,
My mortgage is due for renwal next year, however I need to have some homework done to plan for renewal,
Can anyone suggest any websites which offer us to try out different amortization period to suit our needs , calculating the amount to be paid with each installment,
I am currently with MCAP
Any help or suggestion is welcome,

Your mortgage renewal is quite far and honestly no body knows what the rates would be at that point of time to give you an exact idea of your mortgage rate and amortization. So, you should be doing this exercise 3-4 months before your renewal and you would have better idea about the rates.
