I have registered with one european company (german mostly) for mystery shopping. As process, first they need your residential location. Then whenever available they send you brief job description (name of shop,location,what to buy etc) and time limit. If you agree to do that, they send you some more details. After finishing your job you need to send everything to them by scanning (bills etc).
So above email and fedex are scam for sure. And these travellers cheque are scam as I came across this before.
