That's a trillion dollar question that I ask myself everyday!!
The reality is that discrimination is very much present in Canada (inspite of laws against it), but it becomes more pronunced the moment you start loking for a job with qualifications/exp from abroad.

In that aspect, I would definitely prefer US, but US has other problems again.
