True but not entirely true. Quality which can deteriorate also can come from fear - fear of losing money, fear of losing job, fear of losing status, fear of society. I am sure not every professional has passion for the profession he/she is in. I for one have no liking for my profession - but I am a designated profession. The reason I am good is not because of my passion, but because I believe in doing the best I can do, in whatever, whether it be profession or social help!

I am sure that the doctors who came here did not come for the passion of medical profession, since they very well knew hat their professional qualification is not recognised here. So they either came here out of frustrations of their own country, or followed their spouses who who coming here for passion of their profession, or simply for leading a better quality of life. BUT DEFINITELY NOT FOR THEIR PASSION FOR THE MEDICAL PROFESSION.

Now I think you are acting as 'Main na Maanu' - whatever or whoever gave you the idea that everyone prefers a office job over a factory job? you are totally mistaken. I have known many people in my life who who not want an office job and are happy with their factory job for various reasons:

some do not like to wear 'office clothes' and are happy with jeans and T-shirts or even shorts.

some do not like sitting in a desk all day in front of a computer

some do not like writing things sitting on a desk but rather like dealing with machines

so do not like the office atmosphere where they cannot sing, shout and have a hearty laugh with their co-workers, things they can many times do in a factory

and so goes the list..........
