It seems that parcels through the post office are easy to be held at Canada Customs (We are in another country, and one of my friends used to ship items to Canada. Our local post office cooperates with Canada Post office).

How does it work for Canada. Looks like it ships within US only.
How much does the customs apply to used book ?

I got the book couple of weeks ago. There were no duties and clearance charges added to the original price. I paid $90 for the book and $9.75 for shipping. Canada post delivered it to my home as it could fit into mail box slot. The publisher used US Postal Services.
