I know those parts pretty well.
Past Halton Hills, you are into Acton (if you go along Hwy 25) - that's the only town in that area.
Most of Halton Hills is farmland and farmhouses.
Acton has residential houses, but is a very small town and has very old houses.
It's hard to find occupancy there.
Also, note that from Acton you are a good 20 mins. from Hwy 401.
I don't see any significant residential boom happening there because of the lack of highway access, the nature of the terrain (hilly), and parts of it are protected national heritage.

The other option along Trafalgar North is Georgetown.
You could look into that.

None of these areas are 1.5 or 2 hrs. drive from Mississauga, 45 mins at most.
1.5 - 2 hrs. west of Mississauga is probably the Cambridge/Kitchener/Waterloo area and further west.

i own a house, and moved out for personal reasons.

since i am getting married, i rented out my house
and i rented a small apt.
i am again now interested in buying property.

but i need to get out of my rental agreement.
What can I do?
my landlord says i cannot break the lease.
how can i buy a place if i have my apt.

I don't mind paying a two month penalty
but I still have more than 8 months remaining on my
rental lease.

We are hoping to provide serviced lots at our developments. We are also promoting double insulated pre built homes that are erected on site with cranes.(Small) We are looking to develop lots that will render to walk outs.

I have a good Architect, who can work wonders. We are doing our own Due Diligence in locating a parcel of land, that is divisible and needs developing.
It all takes time and we knocking on the city hall (door bells) to see where we
can get some welcome mat extended to us. It is hard to come by.

We are looking into Caledon, Erin, Guelph/Eramosa and the neighborhood to see the availability of suitable areas. Thanks for your tip on the Acton and Halton Hills. We will reconsider it when we arrive at that location.

Airport road looks promising, but the traffic studies still needs to be conducted and the availability of the support services are still up in the air.

Wood stock has slowed down considerably and currently looking to be a BUY. But will not wait too long to decide where we go with our ideas and do the developing.

We also need a lots of people to follow us to make it a success.

Everything is in the works and in the blueprint stage. A few week ends will tell if it is Go or No Go for this year. Banks are hanging onto their cash with a solid death grip. Let us see who has got the heart to part with a few dollars.

Until then, Cross my fingers...

Freddie.
