I am looking for some career change , I have masters in marketing from India,

I am looking to take some course which can lead me towards employment in international trade, import - export, customs, etc ,

I want to study something technical and specific (may be a licenced field)

and not the geneic course like masters in International business etc , which i feel would waste of time and money

Any ideas ?? , please share
