Another source maintains, "There will be no shaadi. In the twist, the dulha raja chosen by Rakhi will be given a choice of getting married to Rakhi, or accepting a cash booty and walking away. It is believed that Elesh will opt for the cash. It has all been decided. And Rakhi will walk away with the sympathy."

Getting married to fulfill contractual obligations - how ethical is it? Isn't it analogus to somebody promising their son/daughter's hand in exchange of some favour?
On a lighter side, anybody who took this show seriously must have their head examined. Everybody including the bride-to-be and grooms in waiting got their 5 min of fame.

Let me clarify, I’m not getting married, now. I’m selecting someone from the show to be my life partner. It’s more of an engagement. So far, I’ve dated the contestants on camera. Now, I’ll date the man I select off camera. I need to know the person well and I can’t gamble with my life for the sake of entertainment. There will be no saat pheres, maang mein sindoor or wearing a mangalsutra just yet. If after knowing the person well, I feel that he’s my Prince Charming, I’ll tie the knot.
