Hi,
I am going back to the ME after living in Canada for a few years.
I have a condo that I had bought - are my options if I don't want to sell it.
Is their a company that can rent it out and take care of the property etc.
Has any desi members been in a situation like this ?
Or should I just sell it?

Years ago when I was looking to rent a condo, I came across a similar situation. The owner was in another part of the world and his realtor was looking after the property. Offcourse the agent was getting paid for his services.

No its doesn't have to be a desi. Can be anybody of any nationality.
Somebody advised me to use a property management company. Does anybody have any advice on that.
I know we have many realtors who would know quite a bit on that subject ...
