I came across this long distance company Smart Voip
http://www.smartvoip.com/en/index.html they are advertising 0.01 euro rates for Calling to india. Anyone has used it? If yes please post your experiences.How is the call quality. Are they reliable?

There are numerous VOIP companies around. specially in europe.
cant say about this one and how long the rates will last.
localphone is good and has good and decent rates. try them out
