Hi,
I have lost my cheque book.
TD had issued me two cheques number 1-25 (chq bk 1) and 26-50
(chq bk 2). I still have the second chq bk 2.
The customer service rep made a note against my account. I told
her that I still have the 2dn chq book and she said I could continue
using it.
My concern is that she didnt brother to take the details as of the cheque numbers contained in the first cheque book.
Should I take any other action. I live in shared accommodation so just trying to take extra precautions.
You should give a written initimation to your branch as a proof. In all cases they will make note in your account so whenever your account is accessed the info will pop up.
Hi,
So What if I write to my branch now telling them of the chuque numbers which I have lost?
Or since I have called them that is now sufficient?
