This is what we do. We form a 3-4 person committee. We have a set of questions with expected answers. Each question is assigned points. Normally no general questions asked. We frame the questions strictly based on the statement of qualification (SOQ) of the poster. Each committee member will assign the points for each answer given by the candidate. In the end, we compare the total and select the one who has the maximum.
Hope it helps and all the best!
KM
Thanks Kumar!
