I believe such cases would be less as time goes by ....
GG , just an additional observation since you are involved in housekeeping these days 
- links in the generic search box (the one on the top below the menu ) don't seem to be working for quite some time .... if that can't be mended , maybe we can remove them . Also if we could rename the generic 'Search' to 'Web Search' , people may not confuse it for a 'search the site' or ' search in charcha' feature .... I learnt this initially when I keyed in something which was meant as a charcha search .

How do you make sure that this feature is not abused? Some people may click this button just for spite
I also feared that, but fortunately not many such instances.
And thanks for using this feature, it helps a lot to catch abused posts immediately.

I dont know if u have noticed ... but recently i have seen many questions which looks legit on surface and attracts debats (to be or not to be type of queries). And those are Post #1 from the user ... user is not to be seen again. Number of Posts does not increase in months.
I dont know what u can do to stop this ...
* can't post a question on same day/week/month of opening the account.
* can't post a question without replying to 10 posts (I know ... this is too much)
And Desis needs to be vigilant in replying as well. No harm in replying, but u r encouragin spamming and situation is anyways fabricated - so definitely won;t be useful for any other users.
