If we can unite, we can be the greatest!
yes , I CAN WORK FOR ANY COMPANY IN CANADA Provided the job is in relation to international business.International students are allowed to work for 1 year ( which can be extended for 1 more year or u get PR by then ) in a job related to thier field of studies.
For a company it is like hiring any other canadian as i dont even need a HRDC approval.For employer all he needs to give me is a appointment letter and my college will certify that and fax that to the immigration and i will have my post graduate employement permit for 1 year.
please do not hjeitate to ask me on any more dopubts on the process as i have seen so many people hesitating to help international students just because they are not sure of the process and think not to try their hands with it .
to verify the information provided by me you can check the link below.

Some graduating students may apply to work in Canada for up to a year after graduation. The following conditions apply:
You must be engaged in full-time studies at a university, community college, CEGEP, publicly funded trade/technical school or at a private institution authorized by provincial statute to confer degrees;
You must have a job offer from an employer for a job that is related to your studies (however, the job offer does NOT require HRDC confirmation);
You must apply for a Work Permit within 90 days of graduation from your college or university;
You must have a valid Study Permit when you apply for the Work Permit.

Chinese engineers come to the hardest time in Canada
"Go back? Or wait a little longer?" is a question that not only haunts the unemployed Chinese engineers in Canada but also those overseas Chinese students who are about to graduate in Canada in not too long a time.
PRINT DISCUSSION CHINESE SEND TO FRIEND
"Go back? Or wait a little longer?" this is a question that Dong Dawei has been asking himself numerous times. His wife, who is employed by a technological company, hopes he can still wait, not wanting the family to be split.
Yet Dong Dawei can hardly remain calm. He has been out of work for almost three years. The resume he sent to various companies during the period have never seen a reply. He thought as did many unemployed Chinese engineers that every economic depression would come to an end and he believed in himself. After all, his wife still had a job. Moreover North American stock market had had fine performance since last October. High-tech share began to show signs of picking up. The process, though slow, gave people some hopes. So he sent another batch of resume and got two interviews. More than a month had passed yet he had not received a single reply. He knew that candidates like him were very easy to find. The question of whether to return to China began to haunt again.
"Go back? Or wait a little longer?" is a question that not only haunts the unemployed Chinese engineers in Canada but also those overseas Chinese students who are about to graduate in Canada in not too long a time.
The jobless taste of overseas Chinese high-tech engineers forced overseas Chinese students to face one reality - North America is a place where work experience is very important. If experienced engineers have trouble finding jobs what are the chances for a newly graduated student? "What exactly are we doing in Canada?" is a question being discussed on a Chinese website, which attracts many overseas students and new immigrants to post follow-ups. A master graduate from Ottawa University said he began to look for a job six months before his graduation. However, the odds for finding a job under the circumstances is almost zero. So he returned to Beijing. One month later he began to work at "Lucent Beijing" with a monthly salary of 8,000 Yuan. He said: "I like the standardized mode of social operation in Canada. But I am tired of that kind of hardship in making a living. It is not that I do not work hard enough. It is just because I am a foreigner."
Dong Dawei said: "people who have never got unemployed can hardly imagine that kind of state of mind. The phrase "once, twice and once again" cannot do him justice. He doesn't like to lie down defeated. Though he attended University of Science and Technology of China at the age of sixteen, got doctor's degree in Japan and had work experience in North America, the reality is that every unemployed day seems to be a torture of self-confidence at his heart. However, realistic questions such as his two young children and the split of family confront him. He said it is like playing a chess game and he has come to a moment when he cannot make up his mind as to what to do next.
A couple of years ago Chinese engineers in Canada still cherished a hope to endure the hardship till the economic depression is over. Now that the North American economy is beginning to show signs of recovery, yet many find them lying on a bed of thorns and the hardship they are enduring sees no end. Bad news keep pouring in: the biggest telecommunication company in Canada "Nortel Networks" has signed an understanding memo to build a 55,000 square meters plant in Beijing Chaoyang District and increase the number of research personnel to 800. Dunn, chief executive of Nortel Networks, made a statement in Beijing that China is the market of Nortel and he hopes that technologies developed in China could be applied in the global market.
In fact many North American companies besides Nortel are transferring their business to countries like China and India. Meanwhile some Chinese engineers in Canada suspect whether high-tech industry will regain its vital vigor even if the North American economy recovers? Is the investment in high-tech industry going to grow? How big does the market have to be in order to take in so many unemployed high-tech engineers? These are numbers that still remain unknown.
