It’s nothing with any international incidence. Its only due to few local terrorist want to take revenge in Gujarat.

The worst thing is , they blast near school and also they knew that all injured people will rushed out to the Govt. Hospitals (Civil / L.G.) and that’s why they planted bomb in hospital near Emergency Center. In the Civil Hospital, there were 25 people were killed.
