Hi, bc2on,

That person doesn't favor me but he wants to make some money from me without any damage on car. He tried to play smart and try to screamming by talking. first he started conversation with my child with loud voice....like almost shouting.any how i handle the situation and now under control.

anyway we have around 12 kids in society, and all are well manners none of them is damaging properties.

1) He did you a favor becasue he did not call the police.
2) It is not allowed in Canada to let kids play unsupervised.
3) The damaged will be apparent on the car, especially if the car is a new car it is clear that a small scratch is big enough.
Anyway, update here when it is resolved please. I am sure it is all over by now and all good

You dont have to worry if your kids are below 14 years of age.
Nothing going to happne, police cant charge on this base even.
Have fun dont worry at all.

Please dop not guide teh desi's the wrong way. I personally have won the case against a two year old, although the parents were sued for the 2 years old fault. It did nto make any difference to me since I collected the money form the parents. Also if your kids belwo the age of 12 were found playing unsupervised, you will receive a ticket/warning and if happens again you may lose the kids to the city. I am not a lawyer but these are some rules one need to know. Please do read about rules before making suggestions. I am sure oyu arte thinking juvenile age which a totally different issue. There is always a check and balance so no fun at the cost of others peace. Please do keep a close eye on your kids for you peace of mind and the neighbors peace of mind so we all live happily.
