called the number you gave but no person by the name of Surrender there.
However another broker did take my call and said he cannot give the rate P-.95%.

Sorry to hear u are not getting the same or lower rate.. may be now they have stopped giving at that rate..

Just curious what was the amount and how is ur credit rating..

Rate also depends on the amount and credit rating.

My amount was 196K with 20% down and excellent credit for me and my wife..
