Here is reason for doing that

Who the hell cares for Raj, Bala or Big B. They are not the problem. People who follow them are the problem. Raj/Bala will provoke & spread "genocide". All they do is gather some people and bitch. Give people a slogan ... and it begins.

This is not racism but political drama. Raj want to come in light by raising fingure against Big B. He want to show his strength in Maharastra and want to play a role in elections. This his how BAL Thack's family did in past, but their target was minority. They want to impress the people.
