Hi group
The closing for my new condo was supposed to be in Nov 2007 as per the initial agreement with the builders. But there was delay in completing the construction and the new closing date is set for June 2008.
I was told that that if there is a delay of more than 3 months then I can claim some amount from the builders for the delay. can someone pls answer the folloing for me;
1) How much money can be claimed from the builder?
2) What documentation is required to file the claim?
3) When should the claim be filed.
Pls provide any other relevant info that I may require.
Thanks for any help
Cheers
rsk
