In my situation, when one has principal residence and other movable assests, how good is to prepare a will and do estate planning? I hear in Canada, in the absence of a WILL, lot goes in taxes for transfers of assets after death.
However children name is there as nominee in bank account and LIC benificiaries.
Any advise please?
Ben
Having a valid will is one of the most important things you can do for your loved ones. If you plan well, you can leave more to the people you care about.
Having a Will is one of the first step towards estate planning.
