Work Location Mississauga (possibility in Montreal)

Summary:

As a member of the development team, you will participate in the design and development of our state-of-the-art payroll and human resources products.

Working in a distributed team environment, you will work closely with the team leader and the Human Resources and payroll product manager. The primary development language is C# for .NET 3.0, against a SQL Server 2005 database.

Position profile:

You have 3 or more years of experience in software development and have at least a college diploma in computer science or the equivalent.
-> Knowledge of resource management, payroll, and/or scheduling systems is beneficial, as is a strong understanding of development methodologies.
-> Solid C# and SQL Server database experience are required, and you have experience developing .NET WinForm applications.
-> Web service and web page development experience, with preference for ASP.NET web development, and Oracle experience are beneficial assets

You have solid analytical and problem solving abilities, and your past work experience shows your ability to perform multiple projects simultaneously.
-> Strong ability to work under deadline pressure in a high performance team environment.
-> Strong communications skills are mandatory. French language skills are beneficial.
