I have to say I am dissapointed with the movie. They think you are stupid and will enjoy this silly movie...can you expect such an old simple theme to work ...it seems to be already done somewhere and you cant immagine where...anyway- i did not see the end coz the middle was tooo dull to keep me in my seat!

I only have one measure to judge a movie these days. If Amitabh Bacchan is there in the movie, then it's a piece of crap. So, I do not watch it. I really felt happy when JBJ flopped.
I don't know why everyone starts blaming Big B if movie fails.
Just for information in JBJ , Big B is only for 5 minutes, so how he is responsible for crab movie.
Just see Chenni Kum, how beautifully its made. See the chemistry between
Big B & Tabu.
Also there are more crab movie than JBJ. See Aap ka Surror.
Its 100 times more crab movie than JBJ. But people in India is liking this AKS
I think much better movie is Apne which stars all Deol family

Noone is blaming the movie if it stars AB. The thing is he has lost his head in deciding the roles, even if it's 5 minutes' one. He thought he would be different in a sort of getup he got, but he looked no less than a joker even if it was for a mere 5 minutes. He's not doing any good for himself and only going down from his fan's eyes.
I am still a big fan of Amitabh, but only for his 70s and few of 80s movies. I don't even like his acting(?) in Black, Bunty or Bubly, Cheeni Kum, to name a few. As far as I am concern, he overacts a lot. Paresh Rawal is a better actor than him now a days. Watch 'Life in a... Metro', and you will realise how a fine actor 'Irfan Khan' acts in an excellent way. This shows that AB is not at all doing anything different or great when it comes to acting.
Why then all his present day movies flop? All his hype is media created, I would rather say.
But, if you like AB then definitely go for it.
JBJ I think is a good movie and the music is excellent. Depends what one expects of a movie.

Do you know you have summarized 95% of hindi cinema? In a year, there are probably 2...maybe 3 movies that fall out of this classification
I loved everything about the Movie. I guess the Indian audience has not matured enough to see these kind of movies.
The Indian audience has become brain dead by watching Hindi Soaps made by Balaji Enterprises.
