Just curious, what exactly does a Threat Analyst do?

I have heard of IT jobs for security analysts, and was wondering if these are highly technical roles, or more research-oriented?

Anyway, congrats on getting a job so soon, unlike some other compatriots who have had a harder time of it.

I was just curious on how the job scene is in Calgary, for IT. i'm a computer science masters student in usa, about to finish my studies here. i will be looking for jobs in he coming months, and calgarywill be good for me, since i have my home there.

any other regions in canada you would like to recommend, where i can look for jobs.
