Just finished watching a few recent movies which ranged from Bakwaas to Weirdo's.

1.Good Boy - Bad Boy: produced by Subhash Ghai the worst movie I've ever seen in my life. The final question about Newton and Einstein is totally screwed up and also the right answer is not part of the choice offered for correct answers.

How could Ghai do this ?.

2.Bheja Fry: Totally Dry - Off beat with lots of twist and turns. Good Acting but bordered on Weird stuff.

3. Ek Chalis ki Last Local: THE WEIRDEST MOVIE I'VE EVER SEEN MADE IN INDIA. With all the twist and turns and all the plots/subplots is quite on Quintin Tarantino type of movies.

The first for Indian movies is in the climax where the Tranny Habiba makes a deal with the villian Mangesh bhai for Rs.8 Lakhs and there is Neha Dupia and
Abhay Deol and in a typical Indian movie the deal will be for the heroine with the villian BUT in this movie the villian wants the HERO. Those scenes are a very first for the Hindi movies. The intended rape scene and the dialogues before that is a FIRST for Indian cinema and this shows how liberal the Indian censor is now a days.Like Karan Johar is Abhay Deol also gay ?.

Do not watch this movie with your children around.

4.Cheeni Kum: a mediocre movie and reminds of Black. What is the purpose of this movie after Nishabd. Does Big B want a romantic plot from 16 years and of every decade ?. The music is big let down with Illaiyaraja rehashing his old tamil music from Mouna Ragam. The title song itself is a rehash from the Mouna Ragam title song.

Does not stand to the HYPE surrounding to it.

5.Shoot out at Lokhandwallah:

Another Hyped movie with some much Gore and Violence with no purpose. Why do they need Big B and Small B in this movie ?. So much violence and blood/gore the movie is quite repelling towards the end. Again another Sanjay Gupta movie glorifying gun violence. Vivek Oberoi and other gangsters seem to be moving scott free through Mumbai with out any problems.

If you love gun violence this movie could be watched on Fast Forward mode with subtitles. There too much repetitive Dance Bar songs without purpose.

Speech by Thomas Friedman of The New York Times....

"When we were young kids growing up in America, we were told to eat our
vegetables at dinner and not leave them. Mothers said, 'think of the
starving children in India and finish the dinner.' And now I tell my
children: 'Finish your maths homework. Think of the children in India
who would make you starve, if you don't.'"

And, I must say all the worst movies have Big B in it. When he was at his peak in 70s and 80s, he was working for the movies, and now he's only working to earn money, more money, much more money. There's no essance in his roles, no good acting, and in most of the movies that he's starring he overacts. To me the biggest actors today than Big B are Paresha Rawal, Nana Patekar, Irfan Khan, Naseer, Om Puri etc. Take their any present day movie, and I must say that would score higher than Big B's present league of movies. The last movie that he had a good role and acting was 'Khaki'

Why can't he retire man???

I couldn't agree more. The guy's making a fool of himself. The last movie I liked of his was Black.

The man is a smart business man. I avoid his movies whenever I can.

Speaking about 'BLACK', can anyone explain what AB did different while tutoring RM that made her understand and learn? She was deaf, dumb and blind...how does shouting your voice and spelling the same word in english make her understand??? - Kuch hajam nahin huva baap!!! BUT with AB and the famous director SLB , no one in the indian films fraternity had the guts to criticize.

Can give him credit for effectively encashing on his image and goodwill to keep $$s flowing into his bank....Not many have been successful at that.

What a waste of time

I just saw that movie...its honestly Awful.

Its got a great star cast..but its very poorly done. The story is also really bad. I like many hindi movies...and have very flexible standards for them :) but this was honestly a big waste of time.

I want those three hours of my life back
