My friend hit another guy's Van from behind and damaged his bumper. (Estimated Damage ~1500$).
He had no previous records (Accidents or tickets) since last three years.
His current premium for Third-Party liability is 150$ pm with TD.

What would be the possible impact on the monthly premium?

It is very uncertain but

I have had a friend - there was absolutely no impact on his / her insurance after accident (by his/her fault) , rather it went down on renewal.

Depends on lot many factors so there is no figure you can predict now.
