Navin,
It is unfortunate to hear that your home buying experience hasn't been a pleasant one. Fortunately though, your experience will make members of this forum wiser in terms of chosing a Realtor as well as a home inspector.
Home inspectors do check the water pressure during the inspection. In a condo though, I assume, the water pressure should be the same in all units. If yours is lower compared to the unit you rented in the same condo before, could this be due to an unauthorised modifications (like addition of washer/dryer, dishwasher etc) carried out in the unit. It could also be due to calcium build-up in the shower head and kitchen faucet. Both can be easily cleaned. Other reason could be the water saver showerhead & faucet.
I also urge you to talk to the home inspector. Since you hired him and paid for the service, he should be able to ansewrable to you. If he is a member of Canadian Association of Home Inspectors ( and you have the copy of report and receipt of payment), you should be able to take it up with them.
Please let us know through this forum when the things get better for you.

Hi Rajeev,
Navin has indicated in his first post itself that he did not hire Home Inspector.
-Ben
My apologies.
Nevertheless Navin, try opening showerhead and cleaning up calcium build-up.
