Thanks in advance

I have dealt with MCAP for my own mortgage when they were administering mortgages on behalf of ING. The customer service was very good and never had any problem.

I have dealt with TD for my clients and they also did not have any problems as far as customer service is concerned.

As far as rates are concerned, all banks try to be competitive and the rates do not differ very much. For variable rate mortgages, TD compounds the interest monthly while MCAP does it semi-annually. A Semi-Annual compounding of interest is ALWAYS better than a monthly compounding, if all other things remain equal.

Should you have any questions, you can either pm or email me.

Thanks again for the response. Yep makes sense. I will confirm to see if compounding period. I will sure get back to you in case I am not satisfied with the response.

Thanks
