Its a Huge Huge Experience for him, if he really is in "Top Canadian Company". There are only 8 hours of Work that you can do in a Day. Its irrelavant if it is your Work, boss's Work or Assistant's Work.

Coming here and Migrating is a Personal Choice. You can't say that they are not thinking over & over just because final decision is to Migrate. Even Immigration process takes more than 4 years - which gives them ebough time to think & check reality. Nobody wakes up in morning saying - hey lets pack & go Canada.
