Can you please explain how it actually works? I heard you can use your regular home phone or even a cell phone to make calls, but I dont know how they physically connect. There maybe a telephone jack for the landline to connect, but how can you make calls using your cell phone?

I reviewied their us website, their canadian site is not opening, does that mean the person who is in India need to have Internet?

Yes for any VOIP, you need to have Internet (I believe high speed), the computer should be on and the Magic jack connected to the USB to make/receive calls.
