Hi, I am PR , just wanted to know how to call parents from india by invitation, whjat all documents to be included, what should the invitation letter include, where can i find more details abt alll that? I tried to find on cic.gc.ca, just got a bit then thought to best way to know is to ask desi bhai.

Can i sponsor anyone or it has be first blood realtion only,what is I want to sponsor my sali ( sis in law) and if my wife is not working?Can i sponsor her?
About the invitation/sponsor letter, DO i have to send the letter to the relative and they will attatch their documents & then submit or else I have to send to the consulate,,,kindly sugest

Like yellowknife said and I also wrote, please search this site. We have this issue discussed many time before. The above article also has necessary information.
There is no formal process for someone to call on Visitor Visa. It all depends on the officer, So it really does not matter whom you can or can not give sponsor letter. Usually the sponsor letter is to be given by both husband and wife. If your wife is not working, she can show her past income.
And just think logically about where to send those document. Do you think the the consulate is going to store those documents sent by you and will wait till your relatives show up at the consolute and will try to match with your records? Never. You have to send those documents to your relatives.
