CET or CST or USC

Hello, I have read all discussions on RESP. I am confused between CET or CST. They both seem quite similar. Only thing, CST has been around more ...since 40 years but CET since 15 years.

Anyone has any experience or advice / suggestion to share ?

Right now I transferred my RESP from Industrial Alliance to another Company. There return of investment is amazing. Though I paid a lot of cancellation fee, but still I am making profit.
I feel this company is offering best RESP in Canada.
