Hi,

Is there anyone here going through a new home buying process or has gone through one already and would recommend the Real Estate Attorney that they used ?

I am in the process of making an offer for a new home(detached) and am looking for a good Attorney in the Scarborough, North York, Pickering area to review the Agreement for Puchase and Sale and also take me through the closing.

I like that homelegalcost.com website. It explains all the various "disbursements" and what they are. Some of the lawyers I have been calling go over these and the costs associated with them so fast, that I can't compare one to another. Plus some of them use different names for the same thing, which makes it even harder.
